Theory, history and concepts of holistic therapies will be discussed. Skills for practice with clients in mental health, health and education settings using holistic helping tools will be demonstrated by instructor and holistic therapy specialists. Understanding the significance of integrating eastern and western healing practices and philosophies will be emphasized.
(Note that this course is one of our electives, but can be replaced with another wellness course)
