Job Description:
TITLE:   NTR Sales Manager

CBS Radio in Phoenix is looking for an NTR Sales Manger to create and sell non traditional revenue opportunities for its three radio stations, KMLE Country 108, KOOL 94.5, and JamZ 101.5. This candidate will report to the Director of Sales and will work with the sales and promotions departments to create and manage station and advertiser events. This candidate will be responsible for working with station Account Executives, advertisers and third party vendors. Minimum five years sales experience required.     
 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conceive, write and create new business development opportunities;
• Participate in annual budget planning and individual budget planning;
• Attend and participate in sales meetings;
• Assist in the training of Account Executives on how to sell events;
• Assist in the brainstorming of categories to call on for the events;
• Assist Sales Managers in managing the New Business Development account lists;
• Coordinate the events and steps identified as needed to organize a high profile event or sponsorship;
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and agencies;
• Assist sellers in growing current sponsor revenue shares;
• Develop customized presentations of the highest quality for new and existing revenue opportunities;
• Develop and grow relationships at multiple levels of the customers’ organization in order to guarantee effective contacts internal to the organization and to be aware of problems and opportunities;
• Adhere to station policies regarding pricing, merchandising, commercial content, competitive product protection, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum five years of media sales experience;
• Four-year degree is preferred;
• Must have a valid driver license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance.

Job Description: Account Executive - CBS Radio
We are looking for experienced sales professionals to develop and sell advertising and marketing campaigns to new and existing clients.  Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing existing assigned accounts/budgets, identifying clients’ advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs.  These individuals are also held accountable for achieving sales budgets and collecting on the accounts. 

Responsibilities include:
• Contact prospective customers to sell radio time for broadcasting station/network.

In addition this position provides advocacy, assistance, support, counseling and crisis intervention to patients and families. In the case of suspected abuse/neglect/exploitation, the Social Worker documents and reports where required. Also the social worker assists with hospice-sponsored support groups. The social worker is expected to maintain current working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and other program benefits and criteria, particularly as they pertain to long-term care and low-income patients. Finally this position provides professional education to staff and community.


Skills / Requirements:
This position requires a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, and one year of experience in a health care setting. The successful candidate will also exhibit knowledge of community resources, including AHCCCS and long term care is essential. A criminal background check will be required.

We are currently seeking an IOP Counselor:

This position provides counseling services and coordination of care for consumers and families, utilizing individual, group, and/or family approaches as indicated by need. Provides group counseling to adolescents enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program. Maintains and manages a caseload size of up to 20 consumers receiving counseling services and up to 60 consumers as Clinical Liaison. Meets minimum qualifications for a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), is credentialed as a Clinical Liaison (CL) and is responsible for service delivery in accordance with the Clinical Liaison role, including conducting assessments, facilitating or participating in Child and Family Teams, and providing clinical oversight to teams. Negotiates individualized service plans, implements agreed upon interventions and monitors progress toward goal completion in accordance with the Arizona Vision and 12 Principles. Works with the child and family team to prevent and/or appropriately respond to crises and to minimize out-of-home placement. Monitors consumer level of acuity/need and recommends appropriate level of case management and/or psychiatric services accordingly. Promotes consumer/family independence and assists with transition planning.

Skills/ Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age; must have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the behavioral health services that the agency is authorized to provide and to meet the unique needs of client populations served by the agency, including children; must have a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health and meet OBHL requirements for a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP); must be able to qualify as a Clinical Liaison per ADHS/DBHS requirements. Must maintain current CPR/1st Aid

Job Description: CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE SPECIALIST I - Salary $33,312 Under direct supervision, performs a variety of tasks at the professional entry level in child protective case management; provides direct or indirect assistance to children and the families; and performs related work as required.

CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE SPECIALIST II - Salary $35,730 Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks in child protective case management; provides direct or indirect assistance to children and the families. This class is distinguished from the Child Protective Service Specialist I by greater emphasis on case management/case complexity and a higher level of authority assigned. This class may assume investigative responsibilities.

CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE SPECIALIST III - $38,855 Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of tasks in child protective case management; provides direct or indirect assistance to children and the families. May supervise subordinate staff in the absence of the Child Protective Service (CPS) Unit Supervisor. This class is distinguished from the Child Protective Service Specialist II by greater emphasis on investigative and supervisory responsibilities.
