Martin Rutte, the founder and Chair of the Board of Canada’s first academic Centre for Spirituality and the Workplace in the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, NS, is co-author of the New York Times Bestseller, Chicken Soup for the Soul at Work.
Tom Capshew, J.D. Ph.D Formerly an attorney and professor, is a trainer, writer and speaker and is the author of the book Divine Warrior Training: Manifesting the Divine in our World.
Reverend Donald Graves loves life, public speaking, interactive teaching, and developing workshops, classes and seminars to help people realize their spiritual nature, regardless of religious orientation has developed a certificated class: Meditation Is More Than You Think and is currently working on three books, Effective Praying, Graves’ Laws and Listening to the Words that Come out of My Mouth
Mark Homan, MSW, LCSW, author of two widely used books: Promoting Community Change: Making It Happen in the Real World (4th ed.) and Rules of the Game: Lessons From the Field of Community Change teaches and lectures in US and abroad and actively engages in community development work.
Katherine Norgard, Ph.D, is a licensed psychologist, is certified in psychodrama, sociodrama and group psychotherapy and is author of Hard to Place: A Crime of Alcohol.
Janilyn Gay Shuman, MSW, ACSW practices in a dual career as a social worker and human resource professional, is a field liaison and instruction specialist for ASU School of Social Work, taught Spirituality in Social Work Practice, and presents workshops in spirituality and work. She is co-founder of the Arizona Project for Spirituality and Social Work.
Donald Streit, LCSW, is a licensed certified social worker in private practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also an adjunct professor of Spirituality and Social Work and Advanced Direct Practice at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and he is a field instructor of social work in child welfare. He presents workshops in spirituality, recovery from grief, and use of metaphors in treatment.
Ann Weaver Nichols, DSW, ACSW, is human rights activist and an Associate Professor at ASU School of Social Work. She serves as Director of the Society for Spirituality and Social Work.
